Cancellation Policy

Unless explicitly specified otherwise, all purchases done on pomply.in are cancellable with full refund upto 7 days prior to the event date post which the service booked becomes non-refundable. However, as the cancellation policy of certain vendors might differ, we recommend for the cancellation policy of the vendor to be checked before booking.

Refunds for eligible orders are processed within a period of seven (7) business days from the date of verifying and confirming the refund request. The refund amount will be credited to the source account. You acknowledge that after initiation of refund, it may take additional time for Your refund to reflect in Your account which is subject to Your financial institution or payment gateway service provider terms and conditions.

Provided that refunds, if any, for Products purchased on cash on delivery basis may also be refunded by way of coupon/vouchers which will have expiry period. Users may opt-in for a coupon/voucher refund for online payments as well if provided to them.
